Delivery within Lagos and its surrounding areas typically takes 24-48 hours.
Delivery time for other areas in Nigeria may vary based on the location and shipping option chosen and usually within 3-5 working days.
Delivery outside Nigeria may take 5-10 working days depending on the receiving country.
This is our standard shipping option that uses reliable local courier services to deliver your order. The delivery time for standard shipping is 24-48 hours within Lagos and its surrounding areas.
For customers who need their purchases delivered faster, we offer express shipping. The delivery time for express shipping is within 24 hours within Lagos and its surrounding areas.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order, the shipping destination, and the shipping option chosen. The cost will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Currently, we do not ship to Ukraine, Russia, Paris and P.O. boxes addresses.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order using the tracking number on the website of the shipping carrier. This not applicable for orders within Lagos
Our delivery partners will make one attempt to deliver your order to the shipping address provided. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.
Returns and Exchanges:
In the event that an order is returned due to an error on our part, we will bear the cost of shipping. In other cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges or the customer can request for a pickup at our physical store.
