These Terms are important for both you and us as they create a legally binding agreement between us, protecting your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.

Please read these terms carefully before using and/or placing an order from this website or the social handles. By using this site, you accept these terms, and our privacy policy without any reservations or qualifications, and you agree to be bound by these terms, and our privacy policy. This includes, without limitation, accepting the terms relating to binding arbitration, waiver of the right to class action, dispute resolution (if applicable) disclaimer of warranties, damage and remedy exclusions and limitations, and new your choice of law as set forth herein. If you do not agree to these terms or our privacy policy, whether in whole or in part, please do not use the site, or any of the services provided on the site or place an order from the site.

These Terms constitute an agreement between you (hereinafter, “you” or “your”) on the one hand, and ROOOMXIX Inc., a corporation with its principal address at Matis Brass Mall, 27, Castlerock Avenue, Osapa London, Lekki, State (hereinafter collectively, “us,” “our,” “we,” “ROOOMXIX,” or the “Vendor”) on the other hand, in relation to your use of the Website, the goods/services offered and sold through this Website, and any orders you place through the Website (collectively, the “ROOOMXIX Services”). Before you place an order, please carefully read these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

ROOOMXIX, we are 100% committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers and site visitors (yep, we mean you). The ROOOMXIX team members are customers themselves, of both ROOOMXIX and other internet sites – so we totally appreciate and respect how important privacy is. You agree that:

  1. You may only use the Website and/or social pages to make legitimate inquiries.
  2. You will not make any speculative, false or fraudulent orders. If we are reasonably of the opinion that such an order has been made, we shall be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.
  3. You also agree to provide correct and accurate email, postal and/or other contact details to us and acknowledge that we may use these details to contact you in the event that this should prove necessary (see our Privacy Policy for more information on how we use your personal information).
  4. If you do not give us all of the information that we need, we may not be able to complete your order.
  5. You will not attempt to interfere or interfere in any way with the Site’s network, or our networks, or related network security, or attempt to use the Site’s service to gain unauthorized access to any other computer system.
  6. You will not use the Site or Social pages to communicate, transmit, or post material that infringes on the intellectual property, privacy or publicity right of another person or entity.
  7. You will not use the Site or Social pages to engage in conduct that would constitute a civil or criminal offense, or that otherwise violates any city, state, national or international law or regulation.
  8. By placing an order through the Website or Social pages, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.


ROOOMXIX was created to offer clothing and fashion trends for those who can’t reach or afford designer products from their original stores. So in order to keep up with these trends, we sometimes offer alternative quality — Grade A replicated product that are inspired by respective designer brands but matches what you could get from an original store. This not only keeps our customers on trend, but allows us to keep the prices for these incredibly affordable.

By shopping with ROOOM XIX, you agree to take into consideration the information stated above before placing an order.


Products offered through the Website and/or the Social pages are only available for delivery to every country across the globe. At this time, we are unable to deliver to APO addresses, as well as freight companies.


All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any money you might have paid.

If you have chosen the Pick-up in Store option, we reserve the right to subsequently notify you that the product(s) you have ordered are not available for the Pick-up in Store option; in such a case, you will be required to elect an alternate delivery method.


We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the Website or Social Pages at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website or Social Pages. While we will make reasonable efforts to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that may require us to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation; and we reserve the right to refuse to process an order at any time, at our sole discretion.

We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on the Website or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

This means your card’s security/CVV code, do not worry, we do not keep them.

We do not, and will not, sell any of your personal data to any third party, we can only use information for marketing purpose with Parent company – including your name, address, email address or credit card information. We want to earn and maintain your trust, and we believe this is absolutely essential in order do that.

However, we share your data with the following categories of companies as an essential part of being able to provide our services to you, as set out in this statement:

  • Companies that do things to get your purchases to you, such as payment service providers, warehouses, order packers, and delivery companies.
  • Professional service providers, such as marketing agencies, advertising partners and website hosts who, who help us run our business.
  • Credit reference agencies, law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies, so we can help tackle fraud.
  • Companies approved by you, such as social media sites (if you choose to link your accounts to us), Marketplace sellers where you place an order, and where you choose to use approved payment service by us.
  • We may provide third parties with aggregated but anonymized information and analytics about our customers and, before we do so, we will make sure that it does not identify you.


If you have said we can, we will send you marketing messages by email, SMS, to keep you aware of what we are up to and to help you see and find our products.

Please note that, as ROOOMXIX comprises a complex web of many inter-connecting services, it might take a few days for all our systems to be updated, so you might get messages from us while we process your request.

Stopping marketing messages will not stop service communications (such as order updates or where you have expressed an interest in an activity at ROOOMXIX, for example new designers).


We also engage in online advertising, also to keep you aware of what we are up to and to help you see and find our products.

Like many companies, we target ads to you when you are on other websites and apps. We do this using a variety of digital marketing networks and ad exchanges, and we use a range of advertising technologies like web beacons, pixels, ad tags, cookies, and mobile identifiers, as well as specific services offered by some sites and social networks, such as Facebook’s Custom Audience service. 

The banners and ads you see will be based on information we hold about you, or your previous use of ROOOMXIX (for example, your ROOOMXIX search history, and the content you read on ROOOMXIX) or on ROOOMXIX banners or ads, you have previously clicked on.


If reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms & Conditions, we may also keep hold of some of your information as required, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you


You have many rights relating to your personal information:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to request the correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to request that we delete your data, or stop processing it or collecting it, in some circumstances.
