Refund policy

Sometimes, you are unsatisfied with your order and you want to make an exchange. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns but is subject to the rules stated below:

You have 5 (five) days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return –

  1. the item must still in its new condition, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer
  2. the item must be returned with all designer tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoeboxes.
  3. the seal of items such as underwears, socks and pierced jewellery must be untampered or unbroken

If any unusual pattern of returns activity is noticed e.g., we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them with the intention of getting a replacement or exchange, then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts
Refunds and Exchange

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.

You are eligible to a cash refund only if we sent you a wrong size or wrong product, and the refund will be processed upon return of your order.

For returns which were initiated due to reasons other than wrong size or wrong product, a ROOOMXIX voucher equivalent to the cost of returned item will be issued to you.

Delivery Costs

The delivery cost for the original order is non-refundable.

We shall bear the delivery costs for returns made with our designated logistics partner.

If we receive an item that is not valid for returns, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
