PAYMENTS

What payment options do you have?

  • We accept card and transfer payments via paystack

DELIVERY

  • We offer free shipping for deliveries within Lagos
  • For deliveries outside Lagos and Nigeria , the delivery cost is calculated on the checkout page as you are about to make the payment for your purchase (please note delivery cost is calculated based on the weight of your purchase, and your location )

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

  • Within Lagos: order will be delivered within 24 hours
  • Outside Lagos: order will be delivered within 1-3 working days
  • International deliveries: order will be delivered within 7-10 working days

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason at all, please return the item to us within 5 days  of delivery

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order

CAN I ORDER WHOLESALE?

Yes, we handle wholesale orders in-store. Please send an email to orders@rooomxix.com and we will be happy to assist.

WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK ?

We typically do not restock items that have sold out. We love to give our customers exclusive pieces and rather than restocking, we tend to create new products instead. If you like a certain product we recommend not waiting too long as there is a chance it will sell out.  

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS NOT IN THE CONDITION AS DESCRIBED?

If your item has been damaged in transit, then we kindly ask you to contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we operate globally and ship worldwide to all major destinations

DO YOU HAVE WOMEN'S CLOTHING?

All of our clothing are unisex

DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

If your order was successful you should receive an order confirmation email that contains an order/ transaction number. If not, your payment was not successful. This could be for a number of reasons including that your ZIP code did not match the one associated with your credit card. In order to solve this, edit your billing address to match the one associated with your credit card.

If you are unsure why your payment will not go through please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

SECURITY

We process all card payments through a third party payment system and therefore do not see or hold any of your payment information.

The only information we receive is your name, delivery address and email.
